How do I find a specific item?
No matter where you are on our website, there are three ways to find exactly what you are looking for. Every page gives you the option of using the “Search” field, the “Shop” buttons and accessing our SiteMap. To search for a specific item, enter the product name, SKU or keywords that describe the item into the “Search” field in the upper right hand corner of the page. You can also browse for an item by selecting one of the categories located at the top and left hand side of each page. Use the SiteMap to see a complete overview of our website.
How do I place an order?
It’s easy! First, click on the image of an item to review the product details. To add an item to your cart, enter the quantity you would like to purchase and click the “Add to Bag” button. When you are ready to check out, you can click on your shopping bag to view its entire contents. You will be asked to sign in, or create an account. When you have made you selection, you will fill out a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completion of these forms, just click on “Place Your Order” and your order is complete. A confirmation will show a summary of your order. You may wish to print this confirmation for your records. You can also place an order by calling us at 866.331.7684.

What gift options are available?
You can include a gift message free of charge with any order during checkout. Orders specified as gifts never ship with pricing information.
Do you gift wrap?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping services. In place of this, we suggest you choose one of our pre-selected gift sets. All pre-selected gift sets arrive suitably packaged for gift giving.
Can I place an order now and have it delivered at a later date?
Yes, we can hold an order for shipment on the date you specify. However, we are unable to hold an order for more than two weeks.
How is sales tax calculated?
There is no sales tax on products shipped to states where we do not have a retail location. Sales tax is applied to non-food items in Minnesota.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Ethnic Foods Co. Gift Certificates.
How do I use a promotion code?
When checking out, there is a promotion code box near the bottom of the page. Simply enter your promotional code and click “Apply.” Please note, only one promotional code may be used per order.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for grocery, beauty and perishable items due to health concerns. If a product arrives damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped for free. Any customer complaints must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of order.
How do I know my transactions are safe?
We take all reasonable steps to protect our customers’ personal information against loss, misuse and alteration. We use encryption technology when receiving and transferring your personal information on our site. When our order form asks for sensitive data (i.e. credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected with the standard encryption software used throughout the ecommerce industry. When making your online purchase, either a solid key or locked padlock will appear in the lower right hand corner of your computer’s browser window. This icon indicates that your transaction session is secured through SSL technology.

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Osseo, Minnesota. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship. The shipping process is as follows:

For ground shipping, orders placed by Friday at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will ship that day.
For express shipping, orders placed by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. CST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
For overnight delivery, orders placed by Thursday at 12:00 p.m. CST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
For perishable orders:

How do I ship items to multiple addresses?
If you wish to ship multiples of the same item to different addresses, add them to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the shipping page at checkout.
Which shipping company do you use?
We ship via United Postal Service (UPS) and the United Stated Postal Service (USPS). You can track the shipment of your package at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or International Addresses?
All orders from Canada, the US Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO address are welcome.
