Although we strive to ship your order the same day it has been placed, occasionally a high volume of sales will deplete our inventory for a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via email. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available it will shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for grocery, beauty and perishable items due to health concerns. If a product arrives damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped for free. Any customer complaints must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of order.

If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor that request. However, if your order has already been processed and reached our shipping department it cannot be canceled or revised.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Please verify your shipping address for each order you place with us. We are not responsible for shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed. If you are unable to receive your order, or have given the incorrect shipping address you will be charged for the reshipment of any order returned to us as well as any additional charges that Indian foods Company incurs.
You may include a free, personalized gift message with each gift order. We withhold advertisements when delivering items specified as gifts. It may be necessary to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value within a gift collection in order to meet your requested delivery date.
