All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Osseo, Minnesota. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 5 business days to ship. The shipping process is as follows:
For items shipped from our fulfillment center:
For ground shipping, orders placed by Friday at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will ship that day.
For express shipping, orders placed by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. CST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
For overnight delivery, orders placed by Thursday at 12:00 p.m. CST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
For perishable orders:Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Tuesdays will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Times
In-stock items ordered before 12:00 p.m. CST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.
• | Under normal conditions, orders placed before 12:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will ship that day. |

| • | Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship during the weekend. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site. |
Orders containing perishables, placed between 12:00 p.m. CST Tuesday and 12:00 p.m. CST Monday, will ship on Monday depending upon availablility. We may have to delay fresh orders if items are ttemporarily back ordered.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total weight of your order plus the cost of carefully packing your order. We do not charge any shipping costs for gift certificates shipping via standard delivery. We only charge shipping costs when we expedite shipping for gift cards.

Shipping Restrictions
Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are determined by delivery area. Therefore, orders to these areas must be placed directly with a representative. Please contact Customer Service at 866.331.7684 for assistance.
Promotional Shipping Codes
Shipping promotional offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise and before shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery or 2nd day delivery unless specifically denoted. Not valid outside the 48 contiguous United States, or to PO Boxes, APO’s and FPO’s. Cannot be combined with any other offer, or applied to previous orders.
Gift Certificate Details
Standard delivery is free of charge and should arrive within 3-7 days.
If you're in a hurry, 2-Day Express orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days for $17.50. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon CT will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $21.50.
Gift Certificates may be shipped only to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service. Ethnic Foods Co. Gift Certificates may be redeemed online and in our Ethnic Foods Co. store, or by phone.
Please note: Ethnic Foods Co. Gift Certificates can be personalized with a recipient name. Each Gift Certificate is issued in the denomination indicated by the purchaser. You can also enter a gift message free of charge during checkout.
